Flying Fisherman® Limited Product Warranty
What’s Covered
Flying Fisherman® sunglasses are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty from the original date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and intended conditions.
To be eligible for warranty coverage, sunglasses must be purchased from:

What’s Not Covered
This Limited Warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
-
Scratched or damaged lenses
-
Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, abuse, or accidents
-
Lost or stolen sunglasses
-
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or resellers
Warranty Period
Coverage under this Limited Warranty lasts for one (1) year from the original date of purchase.
For California residents: For products purchased in California, the warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered to or received by the customer, in accordance with California law.
How to File a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, please email info@flyingfisherman.com and include:

Clear photographic evidence of the alleged defect

Valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)
All warranty claims are subject to review. A member of our team will respond within 2–3 business days.
Remedy
If we determine the product is defective in materials or workmanship during the warranty period, Flying Fisherman will:

Replace the product with the same style and color, subject to availability, or
-
Replace the product with a comparable item of equal value if the original product has been discontinued
Approved warranty replacements are subject to a shipping and handling fee, based on product series:

Action Angler Series Sunglasses: $10

Master Angler Series Sunglasses: $20
These fees help cover return shipping, handling, and processing costs. Please allow 2–3 weeks for processing and delivery.
Limitations
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flying Fisherman shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.
International Customers
For customers outside the United States, we recommend returning the product to the original place of purchase for exchange. Customers may also contact support@flyingfisherman.com for assistance; however, international return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and may vary by country.
