What’s Our Policy?

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Unworn items in their original packaging with tags attached can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Return Your Item

  1. Include a copy of your invoice or receipt.

  2. Add a note specifying whether you would like a refund or exchange.

  3. Ship your item prepaid to:

We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Processing Your Return

  • Allow 2–3 weeks for your return to be processed.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

  • Exchanges will be shipped at the customer’s expense.

Important Notes

  • We cannot accept returns of items purchased through unauthorized resellers. Please contact the original seller for assistance.

  • Items must be unworn and in original condition with all packaging and tags intact.
